PRODUCT DETAILS
Purifying anti-dandruff conditioning lotion in practical single-dose vials. Thanks to the active ingredients in the formula, when used in combination with the Purifying shampoo and mask, it acts as a shock treatment against the development of dandruff.
The conditioning lotion helps to restore the physiological condition of the hair, as well as helping in the removal of more stubborn dandruff residue.

Shipping Policy
We offer the following shipping options across the United Arab Emirates (UAE):
- Free delivery on all orders of AED 200 or above.
- A flat shipping fee of AED 18 applies to orders below AED 200.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days within the UAE.
- Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
- Delivery times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
- Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were received damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product and packaging.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
