Shipping Policy
We offer the following shipping options across the United Arab Emirates (UAE):
- Free delivery on all orders of AED 200 or above.
- A flat shipping fee of AED 18 applies to orders below AED 200.
- Orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 1–3 business days within the UAE.
- Please note that deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
- Delivery times may be extended during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
- Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were received damaged or defective.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product and packaging.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
