• A flat shipping fee of AED 18 applies to orders below AED 200.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all seals intact.
• Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return or exchange unless they were received damaged or defective.
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the product and packaging.
• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
